Our central kitchen handles food production, preparation and distribution to the group’s venues. It also prepares kitchen staff to join our teams, alongside a dedicated training center for baristas and bartenders. Together, these facilities support our daily operations and pass on UPHOLD’s hospitality culture, values and standards.

UPHOLD undertook the concept and setup of UPON at M Boutique Hotel in Paphos, shaping a contemporary Mediterranean restaurant with Greek and Cypriot influences, welcoming both hotel guests and local visitors.
The project connects restaurant dining with the rhythms of a hotel, from breakfast and brunch to dinner, room service and poolside dining.

Central Production - Distribution & Culinary Training
Our central kitchen is the group’s hub for food production, preparation, storage and distribution to our venues. It brings these operations together in one facility, supporting the day-to-day needs of our stores.
The facility also prepares kitchen staff to join our teams. Hands-on training develops their skills and introduces them to the hospitality culture, values and standards that guide our work.
